I hardly use the internet on my mobile. And after getting a laptop have completely stopped using it. But from the 17th of this month I have been having a few cents (rupees five to be exact)deducted from my balance for some value added services that has been activated in my mobile. I do not know what these services are and have been complaining everyday to the service provider to deactive any services if activated. They convince me everyday that the needful will be done but till today nothing is happening other than my balance just going down. There seems to be nothing I can do other than changing my number or else changing the service provider. Have you experience this anytime?

This is so wrong. Having said this, this kind of things are happening and it's hard to stop the service providers. They will deduct from your balance no matter what. I have tried earlier complaining and they registered my complaints courteously, the next day the same thing happened. Bizarre! I think you should go to the office and talk to the manager if possible.

After office it is so tiring going to the Mobile gallery which is not on my way that I keep postponing it everyday. Since my mobile is prepaid I had just recharging my mobile. A couple of days back I was left with just a balance of Rs 1.36. The rupee also was finally deducted. Now am stuck because I cannot make any calls and I am afraid to recharge my mobile coz I may loose 5 bucks everyday.

A week ago, my mobile service provider sent a message on my phone and congratulate me that I can access the internet anytime, but they will charge the data usage rate accordingly. I ignore it, and never plan to use any internet through my cell phone. Two days later, another message sent to phone, and telling me that I already exceed the usage of $10.00 data on my cell phone. That is robbery, don't you think?

I did not get any message from my service provider.I am in touch with their customer service everyday. As you know with customer service you have a different person on phone everyday and a different person convincing you that necessary action will be taken. Now just waiting and watching to see how much more money I loosee.

It can be sorted out. First write a mail to the nodal officer and then to corporate officer of your subscriber. If they don't help you write a mail to telecom regulators of your country. There is no need to change the subscriber as they all are same. Trust me this will work. And all your money will be refunded.

I just now spoke to the customer service. They as usual have assured me that my complaint will be looked into. Was trying for the nodal officers contact details online but their site does not seem to be opening just now. Will also find out their email address and write to them. May be that will help.

I don't know how they work/system in your country but in my country, we must unregistered (unreg). If doesn't work, try to visit your phone service provider and ask them to fix this problem.
