I am a certified eater of sweets. Some said that if we eat to much sweets, our body will grow fat. But, though I ate sweets all the time, my body still remains thin. In addition to that, I hate to eat vegetables. My dear friends and fellow mylotters, what can you say about it? Why does I remain to be thin? Is there any effect of eating too much sweets?

kaichoukebz every bodies body is different yes eating sweets can lead to being over wight but not just by its self. Its also bad for your blood sugar level as well. Your metabolism is what processes food fast or slow and everyone has a different speed at which it is done in. I have a fast metabolism so I can eat what ever I want when ever I want to. There is always a side effect from eating too much of anything dear its knowing what is too much for you. I don't eat as much fast food or sweets since I have a young child and what I eat she'll learn from.

A diet high in sugar can lead to weight gain, diabetes, nutrient deficiencies, cavities, and dental plaque. Well, there is no dispute that sugar can promote tooth decay. That’s a given. However, there may be hidden dangers that most people, even many dieticians, may be unaware of. Limiting the amount of sugar in the diet is important to your health. Sugar should account for fewer than 10% of your daily calories. This equates to 200 calories of sugar (50g) for a person eating 2000 calories a day. The standard thinking is that sugar, in and of itself, does not cause such disorders as obesity or diabetes. However, studies have proven that carbohydrates do cause increases in insulin levels in the blood. Over a period of years, an increased level of insulin can lead to a condition known as insulin resistance in susceptible people. Insulin resistance happens when your body cells have been so flooded with insulin for so long, that they lose their sensitivity to it. Insulin is the hormone that allows cells to use glucose for energy. And if cells are resistant to insulin, your body must produce more of it to be effective. This causes the cells to become even more resistant to insulin. Eventually, the cells lose so much sensitivity to insulin that they cannot effectively use glucose, so it starts to accumulate in the blood. This condition is called Type 2 Diabetes. Too much insulin also causes food to be converted into body fat, which leads to obesity. That explains why most Type 2 Diabetics are overweight. In addition, high insulin levels can cause cholesterol deposits in the arteries and high blood pressure. It's notable that obesity is not the cause of high cholesterol and high blood pressure, but is itself another symptom of too much insulin

good lord no wonder you dislike veggies as you are addicted to sweet tastes but yams and sweet potatoes are sweet so try them and cut down on the sugar.eventually your body is going to start storing too much sugar in your blood and you will be diabetic. so eat the vegetalbles and c ut down on carb, right now you metabolism is in yo your fav or b ut if you grow older eating like you do you will get diabetes. you are crowding out the good things you should be pu tting into your body for empty sugar as it has nothing good but energy and you can get more of that by eating a balanced diet of fruit and veggies, lean meat, lo fat milk and whole grains.force yourself to eat veggies. learn to like different flavors.Your body will thank you for the change.

Too sweet - Eat moderately
If you eat sweets a lot and you don't grow fat then I think your metabolism works really fast for you. Now your problem is you want to grow fat. I think you are meant to stay thin and you just have to accept this. But one advice you should consider is to avoid too much sweets. Even if you are thin, you will most likely be diabetic if you don't control sweets intake. If you don't like vegetables eat fruits. You need the nutrients fruits and vegetables need if you want to stay healthy. We have to stay healthy don't we?

I think because you had a faster metabolism compared to other people even though you eat a lot but still you remain your weight that is good for you.A lot of people now a days envy of that especially of our lifestyle this days.If you want to know what is your ideal weight you can check by Body mass index for accuracy. If you had a family history of Diabetes you must do it in moderation or else you might acquire it also.

Eating too much sweet is not healthy. In your case, it sounds like you have a good metabolism that's why you are not getting fat by eating sweets. Remenber, too much of something is always bad and you need to have a balance of every nutrients that your body needs. Some of the ajor nutrients are found in vegetables which you are getting away from. Try to practice eating healthy food and include some vegies on your meal. Sugar is the major cause of diabetes and not getting fat doesn't mean you are not susceptible to diabetes. Consult your doctor and ask if you can be tested for blood sugar to check if it is still in a healthy level.
