I haven't heard, read, or seen anything bad about cheese. In fact, I only read and heard its good benefits. I've read somewhere that it actually helps us to sleep better.

Oh I love cheese especially cheddar. I love it more than my wife. I usually take a slice or two for my morning bread. And if cheese is not available in our fridge, I have to resort to a bottle of yummy and mouth watering cheese whiz. I just don't know of any side effects brought about by taking cheese too much. But I feel this thing is high in cholesterol and surely will affect your health negatively a bit.

No matter what it is, if you eat a lot of it, it will not be healthy for you. Since your diet is not balanced. It is the same for cheese. If you eat a lot of it all the time, it is easy for you to pull on weights. And it will create more healthy problems such as the high blood pressure and so on.
I love China

Really stinky breath?
Just kidding. Well, maybe yes if you don't brush your teeth after eating all those cheese and they continue to ferment in your mouth.
Okay I'll stop.

I really do love eating cheese and sometimes it is already part of my diet.I like the cream cheese and now i discovered that white cheese with olive oil taste good and it is more cheaper compared to cream cheese and at the same time cheese is also beneficial to our body because it is a good source of calcium and it really help us in our teeth and bones to be more stronger and healthier. We just take it in moderation same with other foods we take.

I love cheese too. But like any other stuff, too much of cheese is bad for health. I don't know exactly what but too much of anything is bad.

Cheese: the nutritional facts reveal many positive health qualities, such as its calcium and protein content. On the flip side, cheese can be very fattening and difficult to digest. This article will dissect the nutritional value of cheese to determine its positive and negative health aspects.
The Health Benefits of Cheese
Cheese is very nutritious, as it contains a variety of vitamins such as:
vitamin A
vitamin B12
zinc
phosphorous
The Negative Health Aspects of Cheese
Cheese may also have negative side-effects, especially if consumed in excess:
High in Fat
Cheese is a very calorie-dense food product which is subsequently high in fat. This can contribute to weight gain if cheese is eaten in large quantities. As such, only small quantities of cheese should be consumed at one time in order to limit the amount of calories consumed, especially while trying to lose weight.
High in Sodium
Cheese tends to be high in sodium – or salt – which help make it taste good. High levels of sodium in a person’s diet has been linked to hypertension, heart disease, edema and kidney stones. It is important to limit the amount of cheese consumed, or else choose the low-sodium options that are available on the market.
Difficult to Digest
Many cheeses are made from cow’s milk, which many people have a problem digesting. This is because the enzymes that aid in digestion of dairy products are destroyed during the pasteurization process. For example, lactase is an enzyme that helps break down lactose, which is a sugar found in dairy products such as cheese. Many people are lactose intolerant, which is the inability to metabolize lactose. If a person’s digestive system is lactase deficient, lactose becomes difficult to digest since the cheese lacks this same enzyme due to the pasteurization process.
Cheese can be very nutritious, but it needs to be consumed in modest quantities in order to limit its possible negative aspects on a person’s overall health.

There is no side effect of eating too much cheese. It's good for your digestion and it's good for your teeth and bones and you won't get fat from it.
But there is a side effect of eating too much chips and I doubt if there is much real cheese in chips with cheese.
