The latest on Incrasebux?? Has it turned scam?

I had an accumulated balance of a dollar plus on Incrasebux and due to personal reasons I hadn't logged into it for nearly a month.Now after clicking the ads I noticed that my balance remained the same...Can anyone tell me what is happening with the site? has it turned scam as well like other OTC sites?
