I didn't get the money withdrawal from Moneybookers!!!!

so sad about what happened - Will I get the solution about my problem

Recently I requested a withdrawal from Moneybookers to my UCO Bank account. It has been almost one month till I requested and I didn't get my payment from them. They are saying that they transferred my money to the bank and there is a problem in the Bank. I am getting a response that they have requested the corresponding Bank about the problem associated with it. I don't know whether I will get my money or not. Any help from the Mylotters here will be very useful.

I think you need to go to your branch where your account is and do inquiry. Sometime banks software or system do not accept such a transfer and they need to do it manually. Have you given proper IFSC code and account number to MB while transferring money?

I got the reply only from Moneybookers customer care and I didn't approach the Bank till now. I will reach out the bank and inquire about it.

I feel sad about this. The best thing that you can do is to confirm both parties. I'll pray that you'll resolve this concern as soon as possible.

Hi Anitha, it is best that you print out a copy of the information you have written in Moneybookers, then you go to the bank for verification. You may have gotten the bank code or branch code or the account number spelt wrongly. Once you let the bank teller sees the printed copy, she should spot the problem. Moneybookers is a good service provider, and has been around for many years.

I got verified from Moneybookers about the Bank Details. But still my payments are not credited. I will try utmost till I get my amount because they are my small earnings from my hardwork

Ohhh God now what can I do. I want to withdraw the money from microworkers. I am unable to provide swift code because pulgaon SBI branch has no swift code.

Well,you can go to that bank and ask if there is problem receiveing the money from money booker.. Because ii d not know which one is the wrong or who are in the problems..I wish you got the money..
