I stumble upon this website and see a funny and interesting picture it's the f6 key in the keyboard saying 'no one ever pushes me" and 'i don't even know what i do" if you can't picture out what I'm saying follow this link http://www.makeuseof.com/tech-fun/f6-key/ . Do you know what does f6 key do? any idea? speculation

Most of the special keys on the keyboard are specific to the Application in use and mostly the applications decide what these Function Keys do on them or NOT. Normally F1 is for Help and is quite a standard today.
One use as mentioned by #1 above - here Ms. Excel is the Application.
Another that you can find is to select the tab of the open Firefox. This is good for computers without mouse (now, that is a separate question that if the mouse is not there why run Windows
).
Many applications are not that greatly done and normally dont make use of most of the Function Keys. However, these keys have been in existance since ages and have some keys that are used more frequently.

I am really curious about this because I've been using computer in my job for the past 6 years but i haven't push that key.

The F6 keyboard function moves the cursor around within a program. I wonder how they decide which functions to add to the F+ numeral functions. I will use it now that I know what it is. Alot people just read instructions as far as what they need and not any further. This type of thing is a good rason to read on.
