Well, I don't think there is any cure for short-sightedness. If you want to see properly you must wear glasses or contact lenses. Race you, what you have detailed in your post is in fact long-sightedness, which is where you need glasses to see things close up. Short-sightedness is where you need glasses to see things that are far away. The other option is a lasik surgery. It would correct it to a degree. If it's really severe, what they'll do is take out the internal lens of your eye, (just like a cataract surgery) and that will naturally make you see better.Short sightedness happens to everyone around the age of 40 due to the aging of this internal lense and it loses it flexibility to refract light the right way, thus creating this blurry up close. Vitamin A is good for your eye health, but as far as any remedies or food that cures this, this has never been found and proven... yet! I hope I was helpful and I wish you all the best!

I had a book about how to do exercise to fix the eye vision but I never followed it because I needed time for it and I didn't have the patience. Now I lost the book. You can also consider having a laser surgery on only one of your eyes. It is cheaper. I did it 1 year ago and it went like this : The surgery started with taking 1 valium pill to be calm. Then I had to lay down and watch a lamp , look at it directly. Then , the doctor made some preparations so I won't be able to close my eye and keep staring at the lamp. Then he put some drops on my eye so I won't have the natural need to blink it. Then he started with the surgery , with the laser , using some tools , this whole proccess lasted 1 minut. The laser thing was about 15 seconds... My vision in the treated eye became normal 1 month and 2 weeks after the surgery. Of course I see blurry in my other eye but it will be good for reading books at the age of 40+. Being short sighted , I can look on things from a very short distance with my short sighted eye , and it will be that way for many more years.

You can also look at bates method at the wikipedia. Go to this website: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/bates_method You will get some good information that can maybe fix your sight in the future. You will see some exercises or get the book about that alternative method. I hope it will help you and maybe save you a lot of money if you won't need glasses anymore and no contact lenses and no surgery.

Unfortunately so far there is not the best way to cure near-sighted problem. Although you can have an operation to heal it, but somewhat it is very risky in my opinion. Perhaps the best way is to wear the glasses even if it seems it is troublesome. I love China

Try LASIK surgery. It involves using a laser to correct your eyesight.
