Favourite and Least Favourite Things About Cooking?

What are your favourite and least favourite things about cooking?
I like putting the ingredients together and making something that goes together well. I also like trying new ingredients or different combinations of ingredients.
I love the smell of things cooking. Often you know whether the food is going to turn out well from the aromas.
I think the thing I don't like is clearing up and washing everything afterwards.

We're about the same. I love mixing up ingredients, trying new things, I love making strange mix ups like fruit and meat very often. I love the smell as you say. Sometimes I make some foods just for the smell. But I don't really hate cleaning up. It's ok. The thing I hate the most is when I mix things so badly that not even the dog would eat the result :D

Favorite thing is finding a good recipe that everyone loves. Least favorite like anyone is doing the dishes and pans and just plain cleaning up after everyone. I feel if I made the meal someone should help with the dishes and vice versa.

I'm sure that the food I'm preparing is something safe, clean and delicious,Its hard to trust restaurant or fastfood meals that is cooked by some strangers, you dont know what chemicals applied on thatfood. another thing,i can think outside the box and try to cook foreign cuisines for the first time. I can "travel the world" the cheapest way by exploring recipes from different cuisines.

I love to cook.
perhaps the very pan-fried some things that need as eggs because I feel that I smell it then.
I adore chicken in whatever manner in all its varieties.
I like to wash and then even if I will wash all day because there is simply no other and who have got used.

I always love cooking especially with my mom, it is our bonding time. I love the aroma of all the ingredients when it is being cooked. But, my most favourite part is that I can indulge the food after. Though, I am not a messy cook because I always clean up right after mixing or chopping something, I still don't like it.

Making and preparing it, and seeing how it turns out, but I hate the waiting part and not knowing how it will come out. Cooking is almost like a science. If you don't get it right, then it can come out horribly wrong.

My favourite thing is tasting the end product but my least fave thing is cleaning up the mess afterwards.

I love making up new recipes and trying out ones. I dislike the clean up and some of the prep(cutting onions and such). I do love cooking and adding spices and herbs for that wonderful mingling flavor. And I enjoy the positive comments from family and friends when the set down to try my concoction.

I love everything about cooking, except, when I have to chop the ingredients that I hate to chop, like onions. I also don't like to peel the skin of the ingredients. I also hate it when I have to wash the dishes and other tools after cooking. In short, I love to cook, but I hate the preparations lol.
