Do you give thanks to God for your meal in a restaurant? What if you're around friends who feel uncomfortable with that?

Sure I say grace. And as far as Friends go, they wouldn't feel uncomfortable. My friends know me well enough to know what to expect from me. As for other people being offended I have never ran into this problem. Most of the time people are busy doing their own thing to pay attention to me. God Bless you and yours.

My family does. If I am with a large group of people that does not all bless their meal then we bow our heads and say grace silently to respect other's views.

Hello! I always say grace even if my friends are uncomfortable doing it. They don't have to do it if they don't want to as long as they respect my right to do it. I can just say a quick, quiet prayer and not make a big deal about it.

Yes I do say grace before meal even if I am in public or restaurant. If my friends are uncomfortable with that, then I would just respect them and say my prayers in silent.
