It is that time of the year now when we start thinking of our Resolutions for the coming year. Ofcourse most of the resolutions are forgotton by the month of February. I have now stopped making resolutions because I know I can never keep up to them for even a week. What are your resolutions for the New year?

hello mumbaikar mayka, my new year resolution is not to make any new year resolutions, which i have been doing for over 40 years. This is a part of our Anglisization which i discarded at a very early age as i knew, like you, that i could never keep any resolution after the 31st Dec.

I think I am a little better than you in this. My resolutions last till the first or second week of January atleast not just till 31st December. But it is fun thinking of the year that has gone and what changes we need to make in our lives the following year.

My new years resolution is to stop spending on items I don't really need and send more money to my family in the province. Those two are my main goal this 2012. We are having out house repaired and that's causing a lot of money. I'll probably be able to have it finished by next year and I hope I'll be able to save money after then.

I hope you do keep up your New Year Resolution. I think all of us at some stage end up buying things we dont actually need and spend much more than what is needed. I too have bought a lot of clothes this year that I have not even used and they have been quite expensive ones and are just lying in the cupboard just now.
