We have has a new colleague. She's an accountant. She'll work the same room with me and him. He is younger brother of my boss. The first day when she said "hello" to us, he said to her that "I'm younger brother of your boss. It will be more difficult if he wants to sack me!" I really worry for my new colleague because his saying. The accountant must work with him very much. Because he's a seller and he keeps cash money of our company.

If your colleague will always do what she has to do tightly on the job, then why would you be worried about her? Since she handles the cash of the company, she should never ever try to use the money for her personal spending or even borrowing it overnight, because it's the chance of the accountant-younger brother of the boss to find a means to terminate her.

Don't worry. Everything goes as its own way. What you and your collegue need to do is doing your own jobs. Good luck to you and your new collegue.

This accountant who is newly appointed seems to be senior to this man who is the brother of their boss. In such circumstances it poses problems but if this accountant keeps a vigil on his performance and merely reports it will be left to the boss to take appropriate action. Sometimes relatives are watched more than the other staff members.
