I used to send out Christmas cards, but I haven't done it in quite some time. I think it's kind of find to see where all the cards are coming from, especially if it's more than just your family you're sending them to. I know there's an expense to sending out a bunch, but it's exciting when you see a card come in the mail.

My mom likes to make her own cards. She's very good at that kind of thing. You'd almost think they were cards from an actual store.

I was forever sending out christmas cards and I will say that it got to the point that I was getting loads back, but had no place to hang them.I do tend to take christmas cards that I have had to a charity, as they make gift tags etc with them.I send lots of cards through the post and it can get rather expensive to send all the ones that I do.

15 years ago I sent more than 35 christmas cards to my friends from my own country and my friends from other countries and I often made my own cards. I also received a lot of christmas cards every year. Today the situation is very different and I hardly send and receive any christmas cards. Last year I only a sent to few christmas cards to my close friends, the rest of my friends and I communicate via emails or phonecalls. I usually receive some christmas cards via email, but I receive very few christmas cards in the mail.

We don't exchange christmas cards. just exchange gifts LOL. it's more useful. sometimes i get christmas cards on my email from my cousin, once she gave me this card with her and her family singing a christmas song while dancing, it was a christmas card application i think.
i never bother with cristmas cards, they are thoughtful but not useful. i'd rather get something i could use for christmas, maybe a set of pens or toilet paper, i think they are better.

I send less than half a dozen any more. I used to send them to everyone, but it got too expensive and some people decided not to return cards and first one thing then another, so I just quit. There are a few people who live far enough away that I seldom see them and I send cards to them.

Yes I still send Christmas cards mainly to people I used to work with, in a way it is a once a year of keeping in touch, but I do know a lot of people are cutting down on cards so with some people that I do keep in touch more regularly I might just send cards to the ones that send to me.

Today I don't send Christmas cards anymore. I prefer to send E-card much more because it is environmental. It is convenient and fast. It can be delivered in the exact time. I don't have to go to the stores to buy the Christmas cards and then spend time going to send them in the post office. The E-card is an improvement.
I love China

I used to and really enjoyed doing it. But over the years...no one ever returned the gesture so after a few years of sending and not receiving I stopped. Funny you post this today... I was in the store and saw some nice cards and almost bought them to give it another try...but figured why bother. SOmethings never change. People can't even call these days..why should they bother mailing a card? So I didn't. I might tho, buy them and use them as decoration..pretend they were sent to me! Nice tho that you get some. It is so nice to get things in the snail mail. It is slowly fading out...a wonderful wonderful thing to loose!

I do still send out Christmas cards. I don't send many out though. I try to keep it to a set number each over and not go over. I figure it is just once a year. I like to let people know that I am thinking of them this time of the year. Plus I enjoy getting cards in the mail too. It really helps get me in the holiday spirit.

I send out cards because my family lives out of state. It is the way I keep in touch with my family. I love receiving cards as well as getting cards. It is expensive, but since I only send them out once a year I figure it is okay to splurge.

It's always good to receive Christmas cards from our friends. That is why we should send out Christmas cards to others. Showing that we care, remember and wishes. I haven't been sending out Christmas for some time. Guess it's because I don't have Christians around me in my campus XD
