Dreams

I have had a few dreams that were very real, but since I seldom remember my dreams since the car accident I had in 1972, I can't say that they are any stranger than normal... Fact is, I like to write them down after having them because they soon slip my mind so you will find me writing them here at mylot. I still forget them soon enough, but when I go resolve the discussion, I will be reminded of the dream...

Not the medication I'm currently on but the one my Doctor had me on before this yes. I had the strangest dreams. I wasn't always able to remember them but I do remember that my Mom or Aunt was in them. I was so happy that they were alive & laughing again, until I woke up. I would wake up with such sadness because I realized that it was just a dream & nothing more.

Luckily I am pretty med free, but I have been having some vivid dreams anyway. I think that sometimes it has to do with what I eat as well. I wish you only good and pleasant dreams as you get used to your new medications.

I Am not having any meds that would cause bad dreams but I suffer from nightmares quite often and can be very scary! funny though I know in my dream that is just a dream and I try to wake my self up and mostly do which is difficult...did you know when we dream our body is quite paralyzed? I hope your dreams get better soon! in the mean time take care of your self.

My meds are not (well if I would not notice it after all these years) but I have periods I remember them too. Mostly during busy times and if my mind are full of thoughts.
