Jakarta,Indonesia is my place. Day by day,it is hard for us to get a cheap land where we can build a house on it.
For the poor people, they can't buy a house or maybe just to rent it.
Now many people near my place take the cemetery as their place. And they build a house on the grave. It is absolutey forbidden.
If you very poor would u take a grave as your place to stay and build a house on it?
Do they whom do that had loose their respect to the dead people?

But seriously, Who knows what the places we are staying at this moment were earlier? I dont care about it. I know that I will live at a rented place all my life... and I will opt for the place where the rent is cheaper and the area is connected. Who stayed earlier, what it was built on... there are no records and not many options to select

Anyone who had watched even a single horror movie, will certainly not even dream of doing that.
Yes, you can build a house on that land but I am sure, people who would live in that house will never be happy. These types of houses are very dangerous, who knows if there is any evil spirit, it will start haunting the people in that house which is the most dangerous thing that could happen to anyone.

This is going to be a problem all over the world and the only resolution of this problem would be to move out of this planet, recently, I have heard Stephen Hawkins saying that if we have to survive, we will have to spread out of this planet.

Definitely no, for me its very scary to build a house on a grave or underground. Its good to built if you have a purpose to use it and the construction must be in good condition as well as the materials to be used should follow the engineering code of building. When times of calamaties it should be safe at all times.
