Guys, I am having trouble bring down my weight.. I have tried exercising, reducing my meal intake.. even taking some pills but still I my weight is just the same..Can you tell me more effective ways to lose weight. I'm bothered maybe there's somethings wrong with my hormones..Please help.

yeah, i forgot to mention one thing. Drink loads of water, it helps to remove the toxins of the body, which means unwanted waste from your body just flushes out from your body which will surely help you with your body reducing efforts and never stop eating. It is just a myth that if you starve you will reduce. Eat good food, avoid too much of junk. Vegetables and fruits are the best things. You sounded like a doctor..I will definitely do whatever you told e.. then I will update whatever the results. I hope I will be fine..
it impedes my activity of daily living.. I am having heart palpitations already that's why I really wanted to get serious on this

yes, you need to get serious about it. Follow what i had told you, blood pressure, obesity, hormonal imbalance and all the other related issues with your body will disappear from your life soon. Your heartbeat also will become normal when all the other issues are solves. Eventually you will surely be as normal as any other people around you.

If you are at an age where you might be going through the change there are natural products you can get that help the symptoms. To lose weight you have to change your eating and exercise. Breaking you fast in the morning with fruit. drinking alot of water to wash toxins and such out of your body. Exercising and finding ways to burn calories through out the day is important. try consulting a doctor regarding this if you feel that there could be some problem with your hormone functioning. I would personally suggest you to go with the homeopathic treatment. Its the natural way for curing.
You can best try it in house for sometime first before you go to the doctor. Drink 1 tablespoon of honey mixed with 1 table spoon of warm water early in the morning in the empty stomach. This will help you to reduce the weight. Thank you for a very precise advice, I have tried jogging, exercise, even some lifting. every morning I go for walk.. I haven't tried yoga but Pilates I've done that, and even Tae-bo.. I really don't know what's going on with my body. To be honest I only eat 1 cup of rice every meal. I drink a lot of water. do you think its because that I have polycystic ovaries?
Before I wasn't menstruating for about 2 years that's when my doctor told me that I have lots of cyst, my doctor gave me medication to correct whatever disease it is. then I already menstruate. Before diagnosing my disease i am 115 lbs. but now I am almost 195lbs.
I am so confused.. I don't know what to do with this problem..

Try avoiding rice. eat finger millet or wheat foods. It is very healthy to eat these than rice.
Polycystic ovaries could be a reason. Then the food suggestions i have given you will work wonders for normalizing your hormonal issues. take more and more of sprouts, they are very rich in nutritions and they help balance the hormones in the body.
I even strongly recommend you to take up yoga because yoga also works wonders on the hormone related diseases. My neighbour had thyroid problems, which also is due to hormone imbalance or something of that sort. She is from a poor family and she couldn't afford for the medications for the treatment. she started practising yoga, within a month she found relief from the thyroid problems and now she is completely free from any thyroid problem. She continues to do yoga so that she stays healthy all her life.
Just try yoga, it'll solve even irregular periods too, which means over time, the polycystic ovaries problem will vanish completely from your body. I guess the obesity in you is due to polycystic problem only.

It's good to hear that you are not having any difficulty when it comes to your weight.. Its just that I compromises my daily activities, just like yesterday i checked my blood pressure is 180/100, so its not good. and I am so scared if this things are gonna happen again.

I had a problem like that too before.. when I'm a highschool student. I tried almost everything to lose my weight but still . Nothing happen. But then, I found a good solution for it. A high fiber diet. 3x a day eating oatmeal ,eat lots of fruits and only water for 2mos. I lose about 12kg for two months. I feel so bored when I did this before because I never take or taste any food and softdrinks. Only oatmeal,fruit,and water inside of 2mos.But still.. Its really worth it. You should try this one!
