Thanks to Gov. Scott Walker, many school disticts in Wisconsin we able to reduce their tax levies this year. It is the first time since 2006 that the average school district tax went DOWN. I guess the pro recall side just likes to see teachers get laid off AND pay higher taxes. http://www.fdlreporter.com/article/20111212/FON0101/112120363/School-taxes-drop-for-first-time-since-2006

Old habits die hard, and some people get stuck in thinking that is very outdated. Like supporting teacher's unions.

Even when those teachers unions vote to have teachers laid off rather than give up their stolen money.

Well, to be perfectly fair, Walker is Hitler.

That's more great news! With all that you've told us and all I've read about how much money the state has saved, I wonder why people think Walker is so evil. Here in Ohio our collective bargaining bill was first passed then defeated by the voters. Unions spent $42 million defeating it--think how much good they could have done with that money had they used it to benefit their members! New tax levies came up on the ballot this year and most were defeated, leaving the schools crying that they were in trouble. Ohio shot itself in the foot, all the time screaming that it couldn't afford shoes. I don't understand how the voters can be so stupid and still manage to dress themselves in the morning.

The unions used the money for its intended purpose.. to protect the union scam at all costs.
