What are nerd glasses? I searched on the Internet, but there is no answer. Who can tell me what are nerd or geek glasses? I need help here!!!

Nerd glasses are any pair of glasses that have the affect of making you look nerdy. Usually black framed glasses with extra thick lenses. Also since nerds are clumsy if you happen to have broken your glasses and used tape to hold them together that is another characteristic of nerd glasses.

No more than any pair of glasses, I think it's more about the aesthetic than it is about function, although if you need a strong prescription which requires thick lenses, then yes that would be one situation. If you ever watch wrestling, and you've seen the Dudley boys the glasses Bubba Ray wears would be considered nerd glasses.
