Hi friends
i want to offer a party to all my friends and this i wanna make
turkey instead of chicken as this is a christmas time in india
we can get turkey only in this period and wanna
prepare turkey for my friends however i dont know how to cook it
if somebocy can give recipe how to prepare it i will be very
happy........and if you some different recipe can write that too........

Hiya ritz,
3honor is right how you cook a Turkey just preheat the Oven and season the Turkey whichever way you wish once it is cleaned.
Onions are usually a good meat softener and for adding taste I usually put them in the inside and lemons as well cut in half of course.
Loads of Recipes on the Internet anyway so whichever way you see a Turkey will come out fine on its own.xxx

I seem to be a little late in coming to give you any tips. But you seem to have already got a good recipe here. Have you made it? Are we invited? I dont mind eating turkey the next day too because it tastes as good if not better the next day. Just let me know soon what time I may come so that I dont have to take the trouble of making my lunch.
