Street dogs

Animals specially dogs are very friendly. Giving food to one in need is a nice thing to do for that little creature and in return they will always remember you for this and come running to you when ever they see you around.

I love dogs because we have dogs in our house. We actually have two new puppies and we also have some coming. But i don't like street dogs.Why? Because most of the streetdogs here in out place smells really awful. :- As much as i want to be near with them,i can't.

Thats a cute recap of your dog meeting! I am curious though as to how the dog was stylish. The picture that came to mind for me is like the dogs that were on Beverly Hills Chuaua. Jewls and sweaters. I am pretty sure this wasnt what it was though. The dogs that I have seen outside with out an owner in sight didnt seem to be in a happy spirit. They seemed frightened and frantic. I always get very nervous as to if they are mean and will bite someone walking by. Or if they will get hit by a car. So I usually try to call the animal shelter to alert them. Its not a safe place for them to be running around. And they are usually pit bulls so I dont go to them. And if its a time that I am walking my dog, whom is also a pit bull. I get very protective of her. She is a really nice dog and I never want her to experience a dog fight.

Watch out..they may have rabies..saliva carries it. You can throw the food at them but dont try to feed them with your hand. My experience with street dog was touching too. I was walking towards the shop a couple of kids were pelting stones at a dog, and the dog came to me put its paws almost on my shoulders as if pleading with me to ask them to stop, which I did, but I was scared too of the dog. It was the eye contact..we can communicate with these beings. We dont need to talk to them..I have had similar experience with a lamb as well..

I can never resist a stray animal! They have something that attracts me like magnet! I have seen street dogs lurking about and some of them look pretty unkempt but some look quite nice. There was one dog that was very smart and it followed my mum when she was at the shops buying some groceries. Whenever my mum stopped at a traffic light to wait to cross, the dog would sit by her side and wait too. Once she started to walk the dog would follow her too. That dog was pretty amazing but my mum was kind of freaked out by it and tried to hide somewhere so it wouldn't follow her. My mum always warned me about street dogs, some of them may have rabies and might bite you. I am scared of large street dogs as they can take me down but small dogs are really cute and look pretty harmless. I've seen a few walk by me and just give me a curious look. I see some lying about too and they seem pretty content with their lifestyle but it would be nice to give street dogs a nice warm home rather than scavenging the streets for food and shelter. But it feels good to feed a street dog and see its appreciation in its eyes and body language.

No, because most street dog I encountered with are all mess up, scary and monster looking dog who might bite you with rabies. That is why most street dogs where collected by animal welfare to avoid them to spread out rabies. They took care of them if still possible, and if not, they have no choice but to mercy kill the dog, Sad but true...

hi thewonderboy they make me so sad as someone should take them ho/me and give them homes so they will not go hungry and have to roam the streets, taking chances of being hit by cars. I love animals specially dogs and cats. I have fed stray dogs and cats and asked for people to take them home and give them loving care.God gave us dominion over the animals but we are not doing a great job of caring for them.

Well i don't love animals a lot. My parents are more into this animal things. At your place street dogs may find cute to you, but i tell you dogs at our place are very destructive. Some of the dogs are good, whereas some dogs are quite irritating. At night They don't allow to sleep properly they just keep barking and that keeps on irritating me a lot. My love to dogs is not much but they are the best friend of man i have heard.

I am not necessarily an animal lover, but I am kind to them especially the injured. I particularly shun dogs and street dogs for that matter because I know that they can always become unpredictable. The most that I can do is throw food on them from a distance. Most likely, they must have rabies on them since they roam the streets in squalid conditions. I was bitten once and thanks God the dog was not rabid.

I love animals, I am so crazy about them. If i see an injured bird, I will take her to the vet. If i see a kitten lost and abandoned then I will make sure I find a safe place for her. Where as dogs are concerned I do not get to see much of them in the city I live but back home I know how I use to feel when I use to see them recklessly running around in search of food and then getting hit by a car. I think if we all be little kind to the street animals, we could give them some nice place to live in. After all we do share the world with them. They deserve to be treated well, because humans pose a threat to them dogs often hurt them in order to protect themselves but they are actually very loving creatures. How I wish to save all the animals on planet!
