Starring Heath Ledger,paul Bettany, Shannyn Sossamon, Alan Tudyk, Mark Addy and Rufus Sewell. "After his master dies, a peasant squire, fueled by his desire for food and glory, creates a new identity for himself as a knight."It was a wonderful movie, I truly enjoyed every minute of it. The entire cast did brilliantly in their roles. All of them were very likable except for the villain of course. The music rocks too and the dancing part. And of course, the words, old English I think was spoken well. 
It was really funny, romantic, a bit dramatic and very inspiring. Anyone can really change his stars, his destiny. And it's the first movie I saw which was better than its trailer.

Hi there Lady 1993!
I like that movie a lot. It has drama, action, romance and comedy all rolled into one. I love the introductions that the writer/thief makes for the hero before each match. I also think it's clever for the heroine to ask the hero to lose instead of trying to win to prove his love.
he added so much to the fun of the movie. It was also new too- proving love by losing since it is harder to lose and swallow your pride.@nanayangel (7877)

You did share some nice parts of the movie.. I even thought that Chaucer's character would be bad. Good thing there was only one villain..

I think this was a very enjoyable movie. I can watch it again and again. It does teach us we can do anything we set our mind to. Good movie.

I very much enjoyed the movie, A Knight's Tale. I remember taking my three boys to see this movie in the cinema. They loved it as well. Eventually we also got this movie on DVD. It's just a fun movie.

hi lady1993! this was an exceptional movie! i really loved the music, the humor, and the costumes....it was a nice movie to learn about that historical period in a fun way and not be bored or disgusted!

@psychoartist Oh yes, the music kind of shocked me at first since they used a modern music, but it did fit the scenes well and it was more enjoyable. Yeah,this part of historical movies are fun to watch.

I saw bits and pieces of the movie. I probably didn't watch the whole movie because it was on television but my husband had the remote and was flipping the channels. But if you say it's a good movie, I may just find it online and watch it. I liked the actor Heath Ledger. He impressed me that movie with Mel Gibson called "The Patriot" (2000).
