I recently went to Isabela. about a few weeks ago I visited my sister in Isabela and went around meeting her friends. Isabela is a big place and it seems to be developing at a good pace. I enjoyed it a lot there. The people were quite friendly and very business minded. I fell in love with the wide open spaces and the farms. I began thinking about retiring to Zamboanga and take over the farm. Ever been to Isabela?
