I was enjoying my vacation in Indonesia with my parents and brother. When we were resting of a long trip we made, my brother decided to buy food. When he got back he was offering me a sate stick with meat on it (It wasn't saté) I was eating it and it wasn't delicious neither bad tasting. When I was finished we decided to go further with the trip. I was curious about the food I just eated. I was asking my brother what it was and he started laughing and I knew it was something about the food. He said it was Chicken Intestine. I was the memorable meal I ever eaten. I can say it isn't bad neither good. Just try it :)

I have many memories of Christmas's and Thanksgivings at my Grandmother's house when I was a kid. She was an amazing cook and most all of the veggies she cooked came from her own garden. Another memorable meal was the first time that we ever went to Texas De Brazil. It is a restaurant where several guys come to your table with all kinds of meats and ask you what you want. They also have a salad bar and a bar with soups and sides. We ate so much we couldn't move. We have been back there a couple of times since and of course experienced the whole not being able to move feeling each time. The first time was of course the most memorable.
