What do you think the advantages or Disadvantages of having an ONLY child or Many kids.. I am an only child.. so maybe the advantage is I get to have all the attention, but, I wanted to have other siblings where in I can share my life with.. How about you?

Having just one child does give them more attention, more money for them in clothes and schooling, etc. More siblings takes away from these things but gives more joy to the family. It depends on the type of parents in this family.

Well that's true if you're an only child it also depends on your parents because even if you're only one you don't get attention from them.. I did experience before when I was a kid when my cousins used to buy me stuffs that I want,, but now that I am old enough, I didn't get the favoritism anymore..

Oh,the advantages of one child ,is you only their attention,not much money to spent and also less in hard work and pain.. But i am sure your family enjoy with you and have fun.

That's true if you are an only child you get all the attention but the problem with this is that they can see you if your wrong and you done bad things to others.. you were the only one who's gonna be scold by your parents..

I have one sister, but we were never really close, we were so different as kids I don't even remember a lot of communication between us but probably my fault as i was such a shy kid and she was so outgoing but even today we are not really close so I guess every situation is different.

I guess having a sister differs from one another.. I wish I had one, but I guess that's life.. My friends also says that It's hard dealing with her sister because they have different perspective and sometimes they are not so close.. maybe that was the down side of it..

I have two younger brothers. Sometimes, I feel lucky to have a younger brother. Sometimes, I feel uncomfortable, have a younger brother. Occasionally, we fought a lot. I have one son. I really want to add a child. But, my husband does not agree. Because, our finances are very bad. Moreover, our household is still problematic.
