Most of cats will go a hide when they give a birth, but not my all cats that I have so far. They always want me or my mother to be watch them when they give a birth. Before the baby come out, they didn't want to be leaved. For me, a cat who still hide from you when give a birth. It mean you aren't close enough with them. How about your cats?

My cat followed me everywhere the day she was ready. I went to the potty, she climbed onto the laundry in the corner of the room. I went to my room, she climbed on the bed, I went to the kitchen, she laid on the floor. I found a box and got some towels and placed her in the box to give birth. She did not want me to leave her. I tried to hold her still and to steer her to keep her from crushing the kittens as they came out. It was really cool to witness this and be a part of the miracle of birth. I am glad for the experience, except what she did with the afterbirth.

What She has did afterbirth? Usually, I would leave Her after She finish to clean up the first.Cause She always allow me to leave Her. All that I'm worried is after couple days, when I got wake up.She bring Her kids to my bed, I just affraid that I could kill them accidently.

She cleans it. With her tongue. How precious she takes her little pride to you in your bed, but I would also worry about rolling over on them in the midst of the night. I wouldn't even handle the kittens until they were big enough, maybe a month or so. I was afraid of hurting them. They are so small and precious, so adorable. You know, they are blind for several weeks. The first time they could see me, they were all looking up at me for the longest time.

Ow, thats what you've mean.Yes, She will do that since She doesn't have a hands to clean it up. Like I've said, I'll wait Her to clean up the first baby until She finish and prepare for the 2nd. So far, all my cats will bring Her babies onto my bed. When I woke up and see them, I'll count it first to kill my worried. Kittens will open their eyes after a week they have borned.

Aww, my cats were not close to me then. I had a few female cats when I was a child and they always hid from me when they were giving birth. I knew they were gonna have babies when they could not sit still. They would sit somewhere for about 3 minutes and then make an irritated sound and get up and go sit elsewhere. Finally, they would dissapear from view and later on I'd hear kittens crying and I'd go find them. The momma cat would get scared to have me so near to her babies and she would eventually move them to another hiding space.

Did you still have a cats right now? If yes and if you want to be the whitness of it.You have to be more close to them, be their friend or family.Enjoyed them when they take a rest, they like when their neck, head or stomach being touch. If they bite you slowly, it mean they considered you as their friend or family. I ever saw, even a tiger will do it.They bite but so smooth and it didn't make an injured.

No, I don't have any right now because my landlord at my apartment building doesn't allow pets. :( I wish I did, though.

Before my cat gave birth, i made sure that they would all have homes.I was with her all the time while she was giving birth, as well as that she slept in her box with her new borns in our bedroom room.It was her first set of kittens and she done really well.It was a great thing to watch and unlike us humans, she made no noise or fuss while giving birth to the kittens.

Yes you right, She only having a heavy breath to push the baby. I usually give Her spirit by placing my hand on Her stomach or head. That will calm Her down.

I have witnessed so many kitten births that it has become commonplace. The mothers don't like it, but I watch as much as I can. Sometimes, human intervention is necessary. I caught one cat even before it was completely out. The mother didn't understand that if the baby falls to the floor, it will probably die. In another case, 4 kittens were born to a first time mother. They were screaming and the mother was scared. She didn't know what she was supposed to do. I picked up the babies and put them in the middle of the bed. Then, I got the mother cat, and held her down while a placed a kitten on one of her niples. From that point on, she understood. She turned out to be a very good mother.

Yes you right about that, now I remember that one of my cat when having Her first birth. She act normaly like Her mother, but after two days She gone with a male and leave Her babies for almost a week. That make me get bothered with the kittens. When She get home, I angry with Her and ignored Her for couple days. What a cat!!

I never witness any cat giving birth cause they really hide when they do give birth. It is too hard to see them.Just knew that is was done when we hear meow already and eventually we will find the kittens and transfer them in more comfortable place.

Like I already told that you aren't close enough with Her.What I'm talking is, they not really considered you as their close friend or family. They still considered that you could be harm for their babies.
