candybat Thanks for the good luck wish. You take a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar before each meal.It burns fat and speeds up your metabolism. It's pretty cheap too because I buy it at the 99 cent store.

candybat It's legal in the United States but only by prescription from your doctor. Some doctors refuse to prescribe it to you, though. They think it is too dangerous. The side effects are things like excessive sweating, jitterness ,insomnia, and nausea.
