Have you every been in a situtation when you were walking and all
of a sudden you felt the need to keep looking over your shoulder?
Its a very wierd feeling...But in certain area where you know that
it not the best area but you had to be there, sometimes suddenly a
wierd feeling rushes over you...I guess its just our instincts kicking
in alarming us to be aware of our surroundings...
Anyway thats what I contribute the feeling too...But the way people are
these days you don't have to be in a unsafe area, people are so strange
and disrespectful it terrible....
Have you ever experienced this???

I have to train myself from now on, to be aware of my surroundings, and also learn to inspect people, and trying to size up who they are, and whether they are trustable or not. That is nowadays of our communities; you simply can't trust anyone anymore. I was scammed by people who I trust, and who I thought can be friends. Now, I can't trust my own feelings anymore.

Hi kingparker, I do understand just what you are talking about
but one thing you can't do and that give up on your own instincts.
It pretty much all we have...I don't know what type of training
you had but nothing beats instincts...
as we live in this world we have to learn to trust others why
not trust yourself first....

Gosh i have that feeling plenty of times when i am wondering around alone at night. I just hate the feeling. I stay very alert, i always get the feeling that someone is going to jump me from behind and that something bad is going to happen. I try the best to not even walk around alone just so i wont get that horrible feeling.

I have experienced this feeling in certain areas. Like in a parking building alone. I wrote an article about how to remain safe and what to do in such situations. When I was a child I was afraid to go out to the garage to get coal for my grandmother. She taught me to put my hand over my mouth and that way if someone is trying to get me and went to put their hand over my mouth I would have time to yell.

Indeed, there have been a few times like that where I walk a bit more carefully and I am a bit more alert. There are just a lot of times where actually things get too quiet for my own good. That is just really something that is going to be rather paranoid to say the very least. And given that we live in desperate times, we are going to lead to some rather desperate actions.
I think that a lot of times we are just making something out of nothing. However, what if we are not? There are just going to be a lot of times where just because we are paranoid, it does not bar something from happening. The one time we drop our guard when we feel a bit uneasy, could be the time that something happens. Times are rough and people are desperate.

I have this feeling sometimes, when i walk at night. that sensation of something wrong around us is something that we all experiment, not so often in some cases. all depends also on when you live, if its dangerous be sure that you are going to experiment that quite often or if you superstitious you might as well feel that.
