What is the difference between a Tag and a Keyword?

If I'm not mistaken, then a Tag is something that a user would search for, to get to your website, while a Keyword is something that a search engine would search for, to organize your site/webpage. Am I right?

Tag is a three letter word and keyword is a seven letter word. Didnt know you were such a dumbo kiddo..
