I am a mother of a 1 yr old boy. I want to be a good mother to him but I don't know how because I only have few ideas on how to be a mother. I want to be perfect on his eyes so that he will be proud of me. I love my baby very much because he is a gift from God. I want him to be happy and always contented. I want to give him the all the best. Please anyone can give an advise. I would be happy to hear from you :)

Our friend said a lot. So, I am just going to say that express your love to him by telling him everyday how much you love him, talk to him when he does something wrong dont yell at him because you will scare him, babies understand very well , if he has bad temper and wants to be cranky , dont fight with him, just let him be, then you talk to him , telling him that , that wasnt right to do. Good Luck , and I am sure you are already a good Mom.

I guess mostly you have to spend quality time together and set a good example, include him in all the chores, I know he's a bit young now, but he's going to want to do everything you do before long. I'm sure he can empty the washer into a bowl, and help you hang it out, if you've got some plastic bowls let him washup (you might have to do it again later, but he'll feel included and values. quality time means turning the telly off, doesn't matter what you do, painting, jigsaws, train sets, hides & seek, as long as it's you and him. Never underestimate the power of grandparents, if you are still lucky enough to have them, they can set wonderful rules which children are quite happy to go along with even if they'd have argued with you. I'm sure there are hundreds of other things, but I'll end by saying bedtime story every night, not only will it help to settle him, it'll help with letter & word recognition, and form a lovely routine cuddle time every evening. Enjoy.

I think you are right. Doing chores with my baby when he is a little bit old is a good way to bond with him. He loves to read and play with me. We always have fun inside our home and outside. thank you for the advice.
