The Ways to lower cholesterol when you have diabetes: Eat almonds with skins which pack a hefty dose of flavonoids. Stir a handful into yogurt or spread two tablespoons of almond butter on whole-wheat bread. How about you, how do you lower cholesterol?

Thats very interesting, my doctor gave me a recipe of bran cake, you soak the bran in milk over night and then add cut up pieces of dried aproicots and sultana and flour and bake like a cake, but I add vanilla, ginger and cinnamon for a bicer taste, I personally think ginger is something that helps...

i also drink yogurt but i mean it to make my stomach feel better but if it can reduce my cholesterol and diabetic i guess i have to consume it more and more there is no such effect if we drink it a lot, isn't it?

Eating Oats, having regular intake of fruits and vegetables can also help in lowering bad cholesterol and building good one. And these are tastier if we add almonds and raisins too.
