Everyone Hates my Grandfather

Hi,i am sorry to hear that you have such a grandfather. Well, though when we talk about parents and grandparents, we are expecting they are the person we love most and a family should be filled with love and care. But to our disappointed, there are always some people who don't as lovely as we expected. On the contrary, they make us feel bad. You know, we can't change the characteristics of one person. And we can't change the fact that they are our family members. Therefore, we have to endure them. Anyway, he is an old man now. Just try to be good to him, there won't too many years left for him. You know, some old person get very strange as they become older.

hi chipestekhan long time no see. Oh those kind of people just can really wear one down. I had an Aunt that was like that.Her husband was such a friendly good natured man. but she never saw any good in anyone or any thing. I remember I was only seven when we stopped to pick them up on the way to the Chiagp wprld's fair. My dad had bought a huge watermelon as a sort of hostess gift. She looked at it and opened it up. then like always she said with a sneer" oh its okay but not nearly as good as the one we just had the other day." She just never had a kind word for anyone.She was the wife of a Minister too. As young as I was I knew to keep away as she showed what she thought of children at once.Why do people get like my Aunt and your grandfather? Nobody wants to be around them as ypu feel so depressed.

My grandma is also the type. To me, I think it may be hard to him to trust people around him, even they are his children and relatives. And it is also hard for him to feel love from other people. So he choose such a way to treat other people as a way to protect himself from being hurt. If you want to make him better, try to talk with him, learn to his story, visit him often and let him feel that you care about him.

That is sad. I bet if people went to see him and showed him some love maybe he wouldn't be so bad. there will come a time when his life is ebbing and he will want some loved ones around him. Then what?

Some life lessons hurt, but in the end, it is worth the pain. A great many families sadly end up like this, one or two members get a unjustified feeling of superiority and treat everyone else like they are dirt.
