I used to share my computer with my brother until my brother brought his own computer. Now I share my computer with my wife and sometimes when some friends or relatives visits and need computer. Do you share your computer with someone else? Do you have your own computer?

I do have my own laptop computer. I share it occasionally with my grandson. He plays his video games and likes to go to YouTube to watch cartoons of superheroes and his all time favorite Legos.

Yes I stay with my parents and it is their computer so we all share it. I am hoping once things get better for us to have my own computer again. =) I can't wait to get my laptop back but that will take money which is something I don't have at the moment. =(

My household has far too many computers. Only 2 are properly hooked up to the internet, but we have 5 in total. The only GOOD one is the new laptop that my fiancee and I bought for ourselves with Christmas money. Technically, it's MY computer, because it was paid for with MY money lol... but we're about to get married. We're in this relationship for the long haul, and it's all about sharing. LOL. So in answer to your question, yes, I share my computer with my fiancee. The kids (4 of them) use the other pcs in the house, and aren't allowed to use our new laptop.

Hi ajithlal, all my family members having our respective computers. My son who works in another state would use my computer if doesn't bring his computer back to hometown. I'm glad to see him having fun surfing net on it. I have another old netbook that the keyboard is out of function. I will use it if I really want to surf net while my son is using my notebook. I have to use a plug in external keyboard for typing. It's quite convenient as well Moreover it's nice to have the netbook to get refreshed too once in a while
Happy posting

I do not have to share this computer with other people but i am with some other people on the same network. I am very happy i can have my own pc, because now i can use it when i want to use it and not only when it is able to use. But i shared a pc very long with other people but i don't have to be a problem if that people don't use the pc to long for things that are just pointless.
But is is better for you, now you also can use it when you want without your brother is using it. The only thing is that you may use it to much now:p

I have an old computer, everybody is allowed to use it (visitors included), only my youngest kids have to ask if they can use the computer they are 8 and 6 years old.
It's the same with my old laptop. I mostly use it but if someone else wants to use it if I am not it's fine.
My daughter has her own computer. It's hers but I can use it too if she is not there. Sometimes I do because I am not able to print and she is.
We don't have something to hide. We all are even able to log in into eachother fb or mailbox.
