The importance of personal improvement

Personal improvement is frequently unnoticed. In society it seems as though once we hit a definite age, say 21, that we discontinue maturing emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. I once heard it said,” Work harder on yourself than your industry and you will be riotously prosperous.” Consider about when you first started your new job, you might have been a little overwhelmed by the people who had been there a lot longer than you had. But after you grew, got easy and learned how to properly complete your tasks, you essentially advanced your personal improvement. The further you are willing to step outside your box and develop, the bigger impression you will have in your life and with others. Think about somebody who you know, it may even be you, who does the similar thing every day and has the most stubborn attitude of anyone you have ever met. They certainly not really go anyplace and stay the same. Do you agree?

Dear friend, I think that because we as human creatures we will never be perfect, the improvements that fortunately we do during our lives, are boundless.
Ok all agree that when you are at a young age, it is easier to get "skill" in any field, but we must also consider the fact that it grows little by little, with the age also increases the experience, this factor does not certainly be underestimated.
The whole world is a school! There are tests at all times, you never stop learning.
What do you think?

I think life gets in the way of personal improvement sometimes. Jumping into a new relationship when we aren't actually ready, taking jobs that are too much for us, making mistakes, etc. We don't realize that it takes until we are about 25 to be spiritually ready to put the peddle to the metal as it were. When young we hurry through when we should slow down and take the ride as a viewer not a participant.
