Sometimes it takes us awhile to figure out what we want out of life. What we want to do with our life and the results we want to see. Have you figured out what you want, what is most important to you? I think for me I know what is most important to me, the values that I have in my life. Now I'm working on what type of work can I see myself doing for the rest of my life. I think that is hard to know. Since there is so many different directions that I could go in.

I know what i want to do with my life. I want to help people, developing new technologies and making them more afordable. I have an idea that will change the electric energy supplying forever. And will bring electric energy everywhere without wires or money. The researches need money, so I started to find new income sources on internet. Now earning 23$/month online, but will get biger.

That is great. It does make us feel good when we are able to help others. It's also nice when we are able to accomplish the goals that we want to achieve. Glad you have found ways to earn more online. That helps a great deal.

Those are all great things to reach for. When i was considering opening a daycare their was a great resource that I appreciated if you search for start a preschool in your home their is a great woman who has done it and shares information on doing it. She has really great advice. There are also different programs that you can look up that will help you save towards a goal of buying a home. When you save so much they will match that to a limit. I hope that you will soon reach all of your goals.

I do know what I want. There are certainly things that I know I definitely want. I want to have my family grow. I already have a wonderful husband and amazing little girl, which is a good start. I would like to have a career in the future. But for the moment, I'm focusing more on my daughter, and such.

I'm glad to hear that you have a great family. Growing it would be a great goal especially if that is what you want. I also hope that you will find the career you enjoy as well. It can be difficult to balance our time working and with our child. So I understand you focusing on your daughter.

I do know what I want from my life, but the question about how I'm going to get there is another one entirely. The only thing that I know is that I want to have a family and give my children the best life possible, and provide for them like my parents provided for me when I was a child. I am planning on entering into the property market as soon as I can afford to do so, and I should find that this gives me a fairly good income to be able to play with. Once I have my first property, life will be a lot easier, and I will find that I can afford much more from my life that way.

I understand what you are saying. It is hard to know how we will get there. I feel the same way. It seems as though having fun ahead of time always help to be able to reach our goals. I know that I want to go to college and get a degree. But I will need to have savings to be able to take care of my bills and other things that need to be done. I'm glad to hear that you are going to enter the property market that is such a great thing to do. You will definitely be able to make what you need. Have you started getting anything under way? I hope that things work out well for you.

I think that getting a bit better, improving my life just a bit more, is what I really what I really want out of life the most to say the least. There are just going to be times where doing what is best and really just living the best life that I can and seeing where that takes me. Granted the particulars of what that might be will shift. I think that I'm more on track than I was a year ago and I'll even be more on track a year from now. That is really just the area where I do want to really in fact be in life. There are just times where we have many directions we could go. Of course, there are times where just because we could go, it doesn't mean that it is going to be a direction that we should go in.

I agree with you. I've found it hard to know what particular area to go in. I think I'm starting to formulate ideas and I hope that I will start going in the right direction. I have made a decision to start going to college. And I hope that the field I've chosen will be a good one for me. I will keep trying to rationalize things to make sure what I want to do is achievable.

I'm glad that you have been able to reach a lot of the goals and dreams you were aiming for. I hope that you are still accomplishing the many things that you set out for yourself. I hope that you will be able to be reunited with your family. That would be very difficult to be separated from one another.

I have thought I knew what I wanted before. I used to want nothing more than to be a singer, tour, record albums, have fun. I have done one of those things, I recorded an album, and performed in a few showcases. About 3 or 4 years ago I realized what I really want, what means more to me than any amount of money or fame I could get from being a performer. I want to be a mom. Then almost 2 years ago I lost my mom unexpectedly. I am still not over that. But losing her has only made me more certain of what I want in life. Sure, I would still like to use my talents to make a career. But the one thing I know I can't live a long happy life without, is being a mom, and sometimes I wonder if losing my mom was what it took for me to see what is really important. It breaks my heart that my mom won't be here when I have a baby, but I believe she is watching over me, and I am hoping I get my dream while my dad is still alive, because it is important for me that my kid knows at least one grandparent. So I guess my dreams aren't that out of the ordinary, I've had big dreams in the past, but I truly feel like I'm getting to that point in my life where my dreams are more set in reality, and I'm starting to work toward them. At the same time, I'm still at a place where there are still questions about other desires, so I'd say I'm a work in progress.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your mom.I can sympathize with your feelings. I lost my dad and that was extremely hard for me. It made me sad to know that he wouldn't be able to walk me down the aisle or to be there when I had my first child. It is a hard thing to have to cope with. I too hope that you are able to get married and have your child while your dad is still alive. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.

Nope, I have no idea either. There's such a vast world of places to live, careers, and people out there, who can really say it's set in stone what they'll be doing the rest of their lives?

I agree it is crazy the options that we have available. You definitely make a good point. I hope that soon I will have a better idea of what I will be doing within the next five years for work. I know that I'm tired of making the little that I'm making and putting in a lot of work. So hopefully my plans will work out. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.

What I want in my life is almost the same of those described by Stephen Covey in his book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, "To live, to love, to learn, and to leave a legacy."

I hope that you are able to do all the things that you would like to. It seems like it would take effort to leave a legacy. But to live love and learn are things that are easy to do. It would be neat though to be able to leave a legacy. Especially of something valueable.

Yes, I do know what I really want in life. All I really want is to have my own family. A very happy family, I want to live in a world wherein there is no people who is judgmental. I want to have happy life with the people I love. I may not know what's gonna happen in my life, but all I ever wanted is to live a life like that.

That is a great thing to want out of life. I sincerely hope that you are able to have a family of your own one day and be very happy. I had similarly thoughts and feelings especially when I was younger. I just wanted to have serve God to the best of my ability and have a happy family life. When I was younger and made my decisions I had my head on straight and our hearts were in the right place. Unfortunately though as time goes by we see how others actions, thoughts and feelings can have a great affect on us. The things that we hoped for perhaps don't unfold like we would have liked them too. Not that I had unrealistic expectations it's just that people may change over time and we may not. Then we have to find confidence in ourselves, to make ourselves happy. Perhaps doing things that we love with family and friends. Now my goals and what will bring me happiness have changed. I still feel it's important to keep serving God to the best of my ability but other goals and feelings have been adjusted. I want to travel with my daughter see different places, train her to have high values and standards. To be self-sufficient in doing the things that I want to do.

I hope that you are able to think of something that you are interested in that you want to do. I know that it is very hard to do.I've had a hard time knowing what I want to do. And I'm continously working at it. Once I start going to college I hope that I will have it figured out.

Honestly, I want to have a family already and a good and better job for them. And at the same time to keep my family close together and to help them financially and emotionally. What I want in life is for my family and love once to be better.

I agree. We should do the things that we enjoy and the things that make us happy. Life really isn't enjoyable if we aren't happy. Yeah if we think about things to deeply we will definitely stress ourselves out. Thanks so much for sharing your response.
