If it is that much I bellieve your only option would be to create a schedule.
That is the best way to work efficiontly: organization isthe key factor.
If you start to do things chaotically you will be exhausted before you know it, and after you are a little bit tired, you will lose all your motivation.
Also, try to get an advice from seniors in your brand. They can come and give you important tips.

Want to be efficient in offline or online or Mylot?
If you want to be more efficient at offline work then try to love your work.And if you can't do it then i would say search a job as per your desire level.
If you want to be more efficient at online work then try to investigate sites which suits you.
For Mylot participate more on discussions.

The thing for me is to come into work everyday and be the best i can be in what im doing. Follow up on jobs that come in and follow up on the inspections i call in to make sure they pass. I also have to follow up with the estimates we did the week before to see if the person wants the work done or not by us. I try to file as much as possible while im at work and i try to stay focuses and get everything i canpossibly get done in one days of work.
I work full time and usually over the 40 hours mark a week for them. I do as much as possible tso i can make the most money as well. RIght now i am at work and on mylot im here by myself for a couple hours so im trying to be on mylot tillsomeoen returns in the office with me.
