Back at home i always use our heater to have some warm water for shower and i already got used to bathing with warm water ever since i was young. But now that i am a long way from from i have to adjust with what i have and live within my means. My parents are not around to buy my everything that i want and need that is why i only have myself to depend on. Although im not quite used to bathing with cold shower i have already adjusted to it quite a little after around three months of doing it. I also know quite a few people who are not used to bathing with cold shower and i think they also find it quite hard adjusting after moving away from their family. I also know of some who could not really take a bath with cold water, i could just not imagine how they would be able to adjust to bathing with cold water. Anyways, which do you prefer? Bathing in cold or warm water? Do you also have a similar experience as i do? Thanks for sharing guys and happy molotting.

Aside from cetain situations where a cold shower is necessary, I definitely prefer warm water. I must say I've never been in a position where there's no warm water available and I doubt I'll ever be in that position. Everyone has warm water in my country.

I prefer bathing in warm water. I could never take a cold shower or bath. I am lucky that when I moved away from my parents house I was still able to afford to have a warm or hot shower everyday. I am not sure what I would do if I had to take a cold shower everyday.

Here we almost always have warm water available. I have been in situations when I did not. I did not enjoy it, but you have to get clean somehow. I prefer warm or even very warm water for bathing.

I prefer taking a warm shower over a cold one. I find that warm showers are usually a lot more enjoyable than cold ones.

People will be able to adjust if the situation dictates it. You yourself adjusted to taking cold showers. I rarely take warm baths or shower though. I live in a country with a tropical climate, and it's usually warm and humid here. Besides, cold showers wake me up. The few times I take a warm shower is when my body is sore. Warm showers really help loosen up those tight and tensed muscles.

I set the thermostat on the water heater to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. This saves money in the long run and you have less chance of scalding yourself. If you are worried about the cost of heating the water, be as economical with the hot water as possible. Create a routine where you can be in and out in 3 or 4 minutes. Also cut back on the number of showers that you take. If I do not have an overly eventful/sweaty day, I get by with just washing up in the sink.

Well, I have never concerned myself with taking a Colder shower unless it is warm outside and taking one just to cool off some. Most of the time I do prefer a warmer shower even though it will tend to dry my skin out more. I just feel more relaxed when the water is warm especially if it is late at night before I am getting ready to head off to bed.

Hi cyclopz, I would like to have hot shower only during really cold rainy day. If the weather of rainy day is yet not that cold I still enjoy showering under cold water like what I usually do in sunny day. The weather in this tropical region where I live is scorching all the year round. Only cold water would make me feeling comfortable and fresh after my sticky skin is rinsed thoroughly under the fresh cold shower. We easily get soaked in sweat during dry season Showering under cold water is the most enjoyable thing to do before having meals and going to bed I would like to take a cold shower before going to work or going out. Happy posting

I live in a temperate climate. The weather is usually cool or cold at this time of the year. Even in a hot summer I enjoy having a warm shower. In cold weather I like having a hot shower. Only in a hot country like tropical one would I be able to have a cold shower. Sometimes in a developing country in the tropics at guest houses only cold water is available. That is fine with me and very refreshing indeed. I go to a spa and the shower feels cold after using the hot jacuzzi.

I prefer warm like most. But when I was a teenager I think I tried cold as it was supposed to work better with certain hair products... that was indeed a chilling experience.

Naturally I prefer warm showers unless it's crazy hot out, but they say cold showers are better for your skin and hair anyway, so since I read about that I try to at least finish with a bit of cold, and stay on medium. If I can do cold I do, but sometimes it's just too uncomfortable and too much of a bother. So, I'll get used to it a little at the end, and maybe little by little use the cold water for longer and longer.

I prefer bathing in a warm shower or bath, warm water helps relax your mucsles and ease your tentions, I have never been in a situation like like this. if you have a microwave you can heat up a bucket of water.

It really depends on the situation, here we have days so hot and humid you just can't take a warm shower, cold is a must. Also, the flat I live in is not that good, and we sometimes wake up without hot water for a couple of hours, so yeah, I'm kind of used to taking cold showers once in a while, which I usually don't prefer.

I really like a hot hot shower, I find it very refreshing. Although when I rinse my hair I prefer luke warm water to close the cuticles and make it really soft and shiny.

Well actually here in the Philippines the weather is so hot, nut then our water is so cold, I don't know why, but if you'll going to ask me about which water I prefer when talking a bath, I prefer warm water.. I have this regimen when bathing that I should start with warm water first to open up my pores specially when I am cleaning my face, then afterwards I go for cold water.. I have been doing this since when I was in elementary just to avoid having pimples, and until now, I never had any pimples on my face.. :)

I like showering with warm water i'm not much of a cold shower person. The only time I really take a cold shower is in the summer time when it's extremely hot out, otherwise no go for me. Alot of people are differen't on the aspect though.

If I have a choice, I would prefer hot over cold shower. But since I realise that hot water actually make my skin very dry, I changed to lukewarm water.

Hello cyclopz! For me, it depends on the weather. When it is too hot, I would prefer cold shower but when it is too cold, I would heat water and put it in the pale. We have a shower heater but both the shower and the heater are not working so we really have to heat using the kettle! Most of the time, it is warm in the afternoon so I don't to heat water anymore but when I take a bath at night, I do heat water

I prefer bathing in warm water, I'm not sure I could deal with bathing with only cold water. I'm sure there are those who have to though.
