Today I am under my bed

Here it is the first day of the month, welcome March. Because it is the first I must handle the bill paying, check on several things coming due today and just generally do the chores associated with the first of any month. However first thing that happened when I got out of bed was I found my kitchen messed up, things just were not where they should be. Since I got up very early as I do each day, I didn't want to wake Hubby and find out what went wrong. But this set my whole day off, from then on anything I did became complacated. The computer didn't load properly, the coffee didn't perk right, the dog had a spider in her bed and even when she saw me kill it, wouldn't go back to bed. It snowed and rained and then snowed again, making everything outside a soggy mess. Well you get the point so I am turning in my day and heading under the bed where noone can find me. Hope your day runs smoother.

Sorry I didn´t see your post before, savy. To tell you the truth, lately I have had not a day, but more than a week messed up since my Bank account was hacked. I don´t think the Bank will give me back the stolen money, but I have had to go to the police station and twice to the Bank plus horrible telephone talks that start with an hour of a machine.
There are some days when you asked yourself why didn´t you just turn over in bed and continue sleeping

Keep your pressure on your bank, go to the top management and also to the press if you can get them interested in your story. I'm a fighter and in the end most of the time they will do things my way just to get rid of me. Saying that, make sure the bank's name gets posted on the Internet and with the kind of year you have had you can make a good sob story with a lot of emotion, that catches peoples attention. Good Luck

I know what you mean, friend, because I´m a fighter too. And luckily I have the kind of serpent tongue that goes with using my native language to the full. I have now done whatever the Bank asked me to do. Now I have to wait until March 21th.

Though this past week has really been a rollercoaster for us, both in terms of emotions and in terms of weather, March 1 was a good day for us here. You see, there were tornados in the state on Wednesday, the weather was calm on Thursday and on Friday there was a huge outbreak of tornados and thunderstorms in our state.
Emotionally this part of the year is always rough for me because it was this time of the year 17 years ago when my father passed away and his 61st birthday would have been today.

So did you ever find out what went wrong in your kitchen? I am afraid I have too many things stored under my bed, I cannot get under it, but there are days I would like to. It has seemed like a long day to me, I think I am just going to go get under the covers.

Oh..that sounds like a Monday..except it wasn't a Monday...lol.
If I have a smooth Monday..I wait for the bomb to drop the next day. We are being threatened with tornadoes right now so I might literally end up under the bed before it's over with.

We all have days like that where nothing goes right. And where we do not feel right about it either. Doesn't it feel good when those days come to an end? We go to bed and start over the next day. Don't let it get to you. The best thing to do on days like that is to stop, clear for head and start the day over again. Sometimes going back into the bedroom and coming back out can make a difference.

MOst people have a time when they are in a routine to do these things that aren't always at the top of the list of fun things. It has to be done and if it can get done fairly quick why not get it done and over with. Enjoy the rest of your day. \

Sorry to hear that your day didn't turn out very well. I have some days like this too and I just go to bed early on those days. I hope tomorrow turns out a lot better for you...

Sorry to hear about your day savypat. Mine hasn't exactly gone swimmingly, but nowhere near the issues you've encountered, so I won't even go into complaining, I'll count my lucky stars instead. Chin up and hopefully tomorrow is a better day
