Why are there times when I can't surf in EasyHits4U?

Do you know of this site? I am still a bit of a newbie to this, I admit.
To those who are members of EasyHits4U, I wish to know whether you've experienced something like this. There are times when you can surf all you want but there are times that when you click the surf button, you will still land on the home page. Can someone please help me or tell me what's going? Is my account in danger?

I also encounter that, I just refresh the site, if not I just leave the site for a while. Maybe the site is under maintenance so don't worry about that.

Just refresh the site, f it's doesnt work, leave the site for a few minutes then go back again.
