I'm happy these days that even I have a little problem I can overcome it by changing my daily routine. I'm a happy person I can easily laugh at any joke. I often watched my favorite TV show and I tweet someone local celebrity here that is very humorous person.. That's why even browsing on my phone while resting I read all his jokes that make me laugh.

Hi Ganesh. Sounds good to me. Sounds like all of these listed in your discussion would be good for anyone. I really need to get out and walk more and I really need to drink more water. Although I don't pray as often as I did, I am still praying at least one time ago,, and I always do the blessing before I eat my meals. Thank you for the tips. I hope I will stick to them.

They are good tips, but they're not a cure for depression. There is no cure for depression. And someone in the absolute darkest depths of depression would likely find no will to do any of the things you listed, and would require hospitalization, medication, and intensive therapy. Your tips might work for someone with the ordinary blues, or someone whose depression is stabilized and is looking to maintain their mental health, but it wouldn't do any good for someone with full-blown depression.
