Most of us usually drink water after meals, but, little did we know that it causes our digestion a disturbance. You can only drink water after meal 30min. to 1hr. And it is recommended that we drink water every 2hrs in a day.

I heard it before when I am still interested on cutting my weight. I don't usually do this because I wanted to enjoy my meal. I do hate feeling full during my meal because it will mean limiting my food intake. So I usually drink lots of water during and after the meal. Thank you for sharing, it reminds me of what I have to do and the reason beyond.

I have been hearing this lately and from my friends too, that drinking water before meals have it's benefits. In fact some said that drinking a couple of glass after one wakes up gives us some sort of cleansing. Drinking water before meals is advisable especially to weight watchers because once you have taken a glass it feels like your almost full, so the tendency is you will eat less. Since I'm not concern about my weight I'll take 2 glasses after waking up for it's cleansing benefits. Thanks for sharing

I knew it is good especially if you want to lose weight, but I have not tried it because I am not used to doing it. I drink water after a meal. If I drink water first when I am hungry I am not sure if I will feel okay afterwards.

Drinking water could prevent to eat well, i mean cannot eating as much they want. This is why some people drink water after took a meal. They just wanna drink after eat as much they want, later took a cup of water. We should drink up to seven glasses per day to keep healthy. It is must and necessary in daily life.

Water, water, and more water. Water is such a very important part of our daily consumption. I have learned that our body is composed of more water. I also learned that we can leave for forty days with only water intake without food, but we can't live for three days without water. Water is such an important part of our system that we need to consume at least 8 glasses of water or more on a daily basis. For me, I can drink water before meals, during meals, and after meals. I don't see a health problem occurs because someone drink water after meals or before meals, or during meals. I need to find out yet one who develop and health problem by drinking water in a particular time of the meal.

I've read drinking water after meals is not recommended. However I also read it's not the same with drinking warm water like tea or just plain warm water. It is said that the warm water can help food absorption. I've trying that since but you know how hot these days. I've resort to drinking water an hour after the meal. I'll start again once the weather cool down a bit.

You know, starting why we easily get sick because we are lack of nutrients. It doesn't mean when you eat little, it is a healthy diet. This causes to decrease our intake of the nutrients. Have you heard about "Cheat Diet!" When you eat food that is rich in fiber, you will notice that your appetite will increase. But don't be afraid of eating a lot of food when your food is all natural and rich in fiber. The reason why others gets fatter for their toxins is stored. It needs to be out. And also, drinking before meals makes you want to eat more! Trust me.
