I had to put one of my babies to ssleep. I knew it was coming. Poor Katrina had tumors. The first one she got we had removed. I told the vet then I would only do it once. She got several more and she pulled at one until she expose it. I knew I just needed to bite the bullet. I finally did it. I cried but I expected that. We had her created and buried her right next to her brother Dudley at my mom house. We got them together from the same litter. Seemed fitting to me. Now the both rest in peace and she'spain free.

Sorry to hear you had to put your dog done! It has been a sad day for me,to in the animal world! I work at a horse stable on sunday mornings and other days when needed. Today a horse had to put down. His name was Cue and he was a 30 something Appaloosa Gelding. Over the winter he somehow had an accident in his stall and broke his pelvis! The owner didn't want to put him down then! Well he had been on stall rest and was ready to be start being walked during the day. This morning Cue started to colic out of blue and the barn owner tried to walk him around. When a horse colics they try to roll. Cue went down and tried to roll. Usually a person or two can get a horse back on its feet but Cue's back legs were still weak and there was no way he's get up! Even on his own! I left before the vet showed up to put Cue down. In 2009 I had to put my horse down and I didn't feel I could see that again! I doubt I could of done anything even if I wanted, too! Not a good day!

A packer's fan. That Aaron Rogers sure is a great QB. I think he might have several Super Bowl appearances before he retires. Sorry to hear about your day, too. It's amazing how much animals mean to most people. Even if they don't belong to you. You just get attached to them when you spend a lot of time with the animal. Best Wishes!

SO, So, sorry, folks...and my sincerest condolensces..I can almost feel the pain, coming thru the Monitor! And it conjures up a whole "well-head" of tears...as this month, March is the time, for some odd reason, my "fur-coated friends" take that final walk across the rainbow bridge! I often have trepidation about March (and it is my birth month!) For some odd reason, those that pass naturally, I can rest easier about...but I always second guess, my choice, if I have to make it. I juggle the pro's and con's (or what I think are)..then often recriminate myself! Animals seem to be the only creatures that I can truly trust my heart with..! I have lived on the same property for 32 years, so I do have an eternal resting place..but someday's it is even hard to go there! I truly, truly do feel your pain!

Oh my gosh that is sad, please accept my sympathies. It's never an easy thing to let go of a beloved pet,I've had to let go of quite a few myself and all were buried in the backyard behind my parent's house, and boy did the tears flow. It's a really hard thing to do, but yes you can console yourself with the knowledge that's she in peace and playing with her brother Dudley :) RIP Katrina I'm so sorry :(
