A husband and wife who recently lost their baby adopt a 9-year-old girl who is not nearly as innocent as she claims to be. Nice movie , quite shocked about the plot twist. The villain(Esther-Isabelle Fuhrman) was really well played.

THis was quite a movie. I couldn't believe it. Quite a bit of trivia about it. One was that she was born on April 20th which was Hitler's birthday. SHe was molested by her father for many years until she was not going to be able to have children. Her father started seeing someone else telling her she was not a woman because she couldn't have children. She ends up killing them both. It goes on and on. What a story!

Yeah, I felt sad for Esther- she went really crazy after all the bad things that happened to her. If only her dad didn't molest her from birth, she could've been happy.

Yeah the movie is kinda scary enough... But I really love to watch it... I love the twisted plot, and get surprised when I know that Esther is a grown up woman, not a little girl... And the drawing in her bedroom, that's scary enough too...

yeah, the plot twist was really shocking and he climax was really good.. I got really pumped up when Esther went on a killing spree- she was a really strong woman. I felt sympathy towards her when I knew her background story though.

Hi lady! I've watched this movie a long time ago so I can't remember much. But one thing for sure, this was one of the suspense movies I really, really liked back then. I've always liked movies with children as the source of evil.

Yes, this was a pretty interesting movie. The plot twist was nice, i pity those people who really have this disease since they will never become fully grown and it may make them crazy...it's hard ti be trapped.

For me this is one of the best movies about adoption turning bad. And I never thought that she wasn't the age she portrays she is. Esthers character was well played and everything in the movie was so well directed. Kudos to the director and staffs of this movie. Its a suspense thriller movie.

Yeah, it is the only movie i saw which had adoption in the plot though..I have been searching for stories similar to it. Can you recommend me any? Stories about adoption gone bad and evil children are somewhat interesting.. Oh, and I saw Case 39 too- quite nice.

I have seen the trailer in cinemas a long time ago. i would want to watch it but i found it to be really violent for me. im not really fun of murder movies. does anyone know that the murderer, the kid, is also Clove in Hunger Games? she plays really well as a murderer.
