why my stare rate got decreased?

Instead my stare increase from 7 now my stare rate got decreased back to 6, any friend know about it why happened back to 6?

but some friends here not online for round about for 3 or 4 weeks but their rate not turn to back? thank you for comments.

It is not only your friends who can rate your posts: anyone with a user rating of more than 100 can rate any posts (except their own, of course).
If your friends haven't been active here, then it's likely that nobody has rated their posts so, of course, their ratings won't have changed.
If you want to improve your Reputation ('star' value), make sure that you follow the Guidelines and always post good quality responses and comments which add something of value to the the discussion. I see that very few of your responses and comments are longer than two lines, at the most. You can't expect people to give positive ratings for that sort of post.

thank you friend, you again reply about rating. that always reduced in mylot, it the second time that my rating reduced. i dont know the problem was, as i know that it is wrong as once any achieved then why it make reduce.

Hi dilrajj, I feel that instead of worrying about stars it is better to be active and take part in as many discussions as possible...As explained by others rating is not in our hands so why bother? I never really care about it since I get a very limited time to be on mylot and I carry on with what I have to do without wasting my precious time on other trivialities - all the best and have a nice weekend

It depends on how you answer- since other members can either rate you up or down. 
Just don't offend anyone and your answer should be relevant to the question and as much as possible answer it. Don't worry, it'll go up again in no time.

thank you friend, i not worry for this, but worry if some friends made an examiner and like to reduce rating may be not fair with others?
