how sad, i found out what killed the girl i knew from our pizza store, she was at home and got ready for bed, and layed down and her dad had been staying with her he has cancer and she had been taking care of him.. and she had a 13 year old son.. her dad came in to tell her goodnight and got no responce and called 911 but it was too late , she died there in her bed, stroke or heart attack.. how sad.. i pray for her dad and son.. she was 29 and 3 days away from turning 30... just goes to show you life is way too short to be mad all the time.. im learning to let things go and try and be as happy as i can for what days i have left here on this earth.. my hubby went to school with her as well..

I've been hearing this more and more lately..just a few months ago..two of my friends my age past this way while they were sleeping..now if i had a choice this is the way i would like to go..peaceful asleep..both my friends were bike riders...motorcycle and regular bikes..so they were exercising a lot..but they both would eat each morning a hardy breakfast in the local cafe..i blame a lot of these heart attacks on people eating out to much and not doing their own cooking..also since this young lady was young for a heart attack, it seems their might have been a heart problem not aware of..So sad for her family..

yes in deed, i hope her dad does ok, he had cancer and she was taking care of him as well.. im pretty sure she was divorced as well. i hope the 15 year old child is able to cope with it, i did not lose my dad until i was married and on my own and it still hurt like heck for me an adult so i could imagine a 15 year old. wow so sad . i pray for them all ..

I was told by my doctor that there is a lot of younger people these days having heart attacks, it is very sad to see someone so young dying with such things that we usually think should happen to older people, very sad.

HEART ATTACKS are really silent killers, so we should all be extra careful. As early as 10 years old you can have hypertension due to our unhealthy lifestyle. Yeah!I agree to what you said that we should enjoy our life, because life is really short. BUT, I think we should not make our life SHORTER like doing things that we all know, not good for us. =)

Life is very short and it is situations like this that really remind us of that. Those situations are so sad. It is important to live every day like it is your last and to make the most of every hour and every minute of every day. You are right, being mad and angry is a real waste of precious time. It is so important to appreciate and be thankful for everything you have and every day you have. Each day is a gift.

Oh wow... so so sad. This really terrifies me because I'm constantly getting random pains, and of course silly hypochondriac me assumes the worst..but I'm always fine. And yet, this can happen to anyone, you know? So scary... We all need to watch our diets, our habits, and make sure we exercise. Other than that..destress, have fun, live life and hope for the best. God bless this girl. :(

She is too young! its a great loss to have someone as young as her die of heart attack or stroke. i think it is really difficult to tell when our time is up. we just have to make sure we live each day of our lives as good as it can be.

Wow, that's so young. Too young. In recent years I knew people around me who passed away suddenly and they were too young too - but I'm talking in their 50's, or early 60's! One of my friends was diagnosed with some rare brain disease - in 2 weeks she was in a coma - another week she was gone. Just like that. She was the healthiest, most athletic and energetic person anyone could know - but still it was a health issue that got her. One can never predict what can happen tomorrow - so you're right - we should all live to be happy NOW!
