No we never run out of money before the next pay day, as we try to put some a side each month incase we have bigger bills. With all the electric and the gas going up, with the expense of food as well, there are lots of people out there that are finding it hard to budget and make ends meet.

With the uncontrollable rate of inflation, it is becoming difficult to make a budget and stick to it without having to scrap some things off the budget. This forces us to prioritize the items on our budget with the basic things coming first and the rest at the bottom. This makes it easier to scrap some things off the list by just scrolling to the bottom of the budget.

I never actually ran out of money before the month was over, but I have had months where I had less than one dollar left when the month was over My husband and I moved into our own house last year and we spent a lot of money in the beginning, because we had to repair some of the walls and we had to buy some new things for the house. When we looked at our bank accounts we discovered that we had been spending far too much money, and we decided to spend less money in the future. Fortuneately we have been able to change our spending habits. Today we save up money for travelling, and we never spend our all of our money.

Despite everything that has happened in this economy, I think that working my budget in such a way has really just helped me move forward in this day and age. Some months is a rather tighter squeeze than others. There are just going to be times where it is going to really be some kind of balancing act. But it can be done with enough creativity. That is the key to making any budget I think and sticking with it. You need to think outside the box, far and beyond right to the box to get some kind of satisfaction with the budget. There are just going to be many times where the budget is going to need to be tightened a bit more and that is where creativity is needed. But I really think that I am doing rather well at this point.

i learned how to budget when i was still going to school because i was far from my family. i had to budget everything. if ever i would run out, i would call my mom or pops to send me some more money. but i became a working student after that because ever since i was younger, i hated asking money from my parents. right now, i am just being very thrifty. i am not really sending for something. i still have some money with me and i think it is enough for me. but i have been wating to move out but i sill can't afford that hhehehe.

I was doing fine with my budgeting but in December I had to start paying for my husband and my health insurance. That is now taking a major chunk out of my budget. And with the prices of gas going up it is very difficult to get to the next payday. Hopefully my husbands business will start to pick up to at least cover the cost of the health insurance.

I have definitely run into some 'problems' with my budget. For one, I tend to break it often and wind up broke by the time pay day comes around. I have been trying to cut back (and put that money I saved toward something else, like debt) and so far it's been working. I try to budget out realistically and not to cut back TOO much!

Hi, J14344, I never have such problem in my life before. I have the habit of saving up more than 20% of my income every month, and only spend this sum of money on investment. I think I will have many sleepless nights if I ever spend every single last cent of my salary. Even my colleagues remark that I am very thrifty. But I am generous as well, especially towards friends and relatives who need help.

I make sure I have enough budget before the next payday. I never spend if I know its of the plan. I'm doing well when it comes to budgeting,so I don't usually cut down expenses before the next pay day. I don't have worries about running out of cash.
