Secret Service bad boys clawing at what

Sarah Palin is not in the running for anything. She is a big mouth but nothing more when it comes to who will eventually go to the White House. So why is this disgraced Secret Service man of Obama's putting out pictures a lewd comments about her? To what purpose do these actions apply? The more the people in Washington talk the more I want to vomit. I am sorry to see that Herman Cain couldn't stand up to the scrutiny and moral wear down that the political parties and media play, I think he would have done well but then again one blow and he was out so better now then when in office to show his weakness. I just want one, one to run who I actually feel might do something right for the country...
am I asking too much?
Apparently I am.

THis is just one more 'embarassment' that the government doesn't need. The government used to have some decorum and respectibility. THey don't that much anymore. And as far as having any candidates that I think enough of to vote none of them even come close. They look like pedifiles or act like one. They make rude comments, or act like idiots. Who in their right mind would want to vote for one of these people?

Actually a lot of folks listen to Palin and that is one reason the other side keeps bashing her - because she has quite a large audience when she speaks.
Since it appears that only those who can pay for most of their campaign or those tied to the 'good old boys' network get a chance to become the chosen for each party, don't hold your breath for a terrific candidate. On the Republican side this time, I really liked Bobby Jindal or Paul Ryan. Jindal because he told the president and his minions if they weren't going to do something about the oil spill then get out of his way so he could. Liked that a lot. Ryan because he's the only one with guts enough to come up with any kind of viable budget which, of course, Senate Leader Reid wouldn't think of having a vote on. The budget is now being held hostage by Dems until after the election when they know Obama won't be hurt by it if he's re-elected.

I realize people listen to what she says but more make fun of her for it. I do like Jindal and I think he would be a good president. In truth I hadn't heard of him running if he is they need to publicize it more up in the north because we know nothing about it!

That's the biggest problem - he is not running, nor is anyone I would really trust in the position. I believe a person is chosen by the big boys and each politician has to wait his turn to be the front runner no matter how successfully he runs a campaign. All this year and a half to two years of campaigning is a show and nothing more. That's why I wish the process was knocked down to a month - with free television time given once a week to the candidates and then the final vote made for the candidate who would face the other party. Then that campaign would also have only a month with one show on television once a week before the final vote for president is made. Maybe then more candidates could run and no one would need tens of millions of dollars to do the job. They should not be allowed to talk ill of others, but only tell us what they stand for.
I think it would be fairer, give us a wider field to choose from and take out the huge boredom factor, which arrives soon after we start seeing candidates every other commercial bashing each other.
