I think I might invest in a mini fridge

I've been mulling it over off and on for months. I think I might invest in a mini fridge that I can put in my room. I'll have to do a lot of cleaning and rearranging before I do this though. However, where I live now there's barely enough room for drinks and juices I buy. I'm trying to steer clear of sodas but they are so easy to grab since I don't put them in the fridge. In the fridge now there's so many things i've only got room for one carton of my milk. If I were to get a mini fridge I expect I could most likely put one or two cartons in it and maybe a thing of my favorite cold pasta. Once I move I could take it with me and use it in my room to store drinks either that or I'd sell it, not sure which. So I'll be looking around to find the best value for my money. Anyone else have a mini fridge? Have you ever had troubles with them?

I think that'd be a great idea. Not knowing your details...but with just drinks in the mini fridge...grab a drink and go. You save on electricity cause every time you open the fridge door...the temp inside drops and has to run to bring it back up to par. With the little one...you know what you want is right there, no standing there iwth the door open searching for what you want. Just grab and go.

Yes well this would be just like a mini cooler for me for the most part, but it'd allow me to have a few things I needed right on the grab and not have to go through too much to get to it.

I have mullled this same thing over. I pretty much live in my room which is on the second floor. With my arthritis it hurts me to climb up and down stairs. A small fridge in my room would really be nice. I already have a snack box in my room and that helps but having some juice, pop, cold water, etc. would be nice too. You want to be sure can keep them closed as much as possible or they won't keep things very cold.

It's a wonderful idea :). That would be nice for me, too, to have one... but it wouldn't fit in, my room is quite small :D. But it'd be lovely, because I'm working online a lot, and I wouldn't waste time when I want to eat or drink something, just open the fridge, and take out a nice bottle of juice or some yogurt :).
