Does anyone know if Paypersocial on Facebook is legit or not?

There is an app on Facebook called "Paypersocial" where you share ads basically and are paid when people click on them. However I have seen people post on the page that they haven't gotten paid and the money they earn stays pending. I have yet to see anyone post that they were paid or any payment proofs. I have also tried to google about the app and have yet to find anything. So I was hoping maybe someone on here would maybe know more about if it's legit or a scam. I have used it but not much since I have seen people post they think it's scam and of course I don't want to be wasting my time on something that will never pay out.
