I made dinner for the first time again this week. It was sisig (stir-fried pork chops woth egg and mayonnnaise; sometimes with calamansi) and it was really nice.
Then I looked up at the sky. It was Past 6 in the evening here and I looked up in a great view in which I was inspired to do one of my topics here tonight. What's better about this part is I was able to break free of the usual 6PM habit of being online. I took a bath afterwards. And now refresh to surf more.
Point here is; you should break free of the usual surfing routine. Have at least one activity that will keep you going. In that way; you'll surf more that you used to. And you won't find yourself binge eating for more as you bring your dinner with you infront of the computer monitor (Luckily for tonight I didn't)
I'll be answering some topics that I have started including typing skills and such. I have to improve some of my areas in life. Hope to chat with you more, internet surfer! Happy mylotting!

It is definately good to get away from the computer and eat without it. I make an effort to put down the computer and focus on eating, rather than reading...helps prevent choking! lol. I think internet surfers in general should also have another goal for the day to complete. Today, for example, I surfed and mylotted for the day, and tonight I go to work. Tomorrow, I will work during the day, and surf at night. Keeping a balance is very important!

Hahaha.. I knew a few intenet addict that always doesn't eat on time because they're too busy doing stuff in the internet. I have a cousin who has this "dyslexia" mindset already because she keeps on "procrastinating meals" over browsing the net.
