I highly doubt there are any places like that exist or else many people would be using them. My best bet is look for legit contests and sweepstakes. I see many of them on Twitter if you use them and even Facebook as well. I have even tried to look for coupons myself but have had little luck finding them. As for free items, I usually am only able to get beauty related items for free and sometimes t-shirts but never any electronics. However if you use certain sites like Swagbucks you can earn Amazon credit and save up. That's what I did to buy my 160 gb Ipod and currently am doing to get a tablet. It takes time but if you really want you will wait. Also if you're birthday is coming up anytime soon ask for Amazon gift cards if you do plan to buy on Amazon.

You are not going to find ipads for free unless it is a contest that you enter, and even that I would be wary of a scam. There are greatly discounted sites that you can look at that have 'insane' deals on items...sometimes it is electronics. Overstock . com is a good one to check out for daily deals, also nomorerack . com has some free deals and good precentage off. Occassionally the latter has really good deals on tablets.
