Please don't make your stomach too full. Chew every bite of food more than 30 times. It's useful.I have lost weight by doing it.what's more ,it doesn't hurt your skin.

I have Chronic Hypothyroidism. I've also had my thyroid removed through surgical procedure. So one common sign of a person with chronic hypothyroidism is obesity. I was actually fat for 2 years. Especially after the surgery, since I no longer have a thyroid gland and now on hormone replacement therapy for the rest of my life. At that time I've accepted my weight as part of who I am. But there are certain things that are very difficult to do when you are overweight. Like pick up something on the floor. Lol, or tying your shoe laces. Lots of things were getting more difficult to do, like going up and down the stairs. I then decided that I can't give up just because I have an illness. I decided to try to lose some weight. I'm only 5'2 and I weighed 140lbs. I started going on a diet and a little bit of exercise. Of course I didn't strain myself. I just took it slow. I had my daily 2 to 3 mile walks and lowered my carb intake. Focusing on more vegetables, fruits and lots of low fat stuff. I'd get plenty of sleep. Like 8 hours. I work at nights so it's pretty hard to get 8 hours of sleep. Before I'd sleep for 4 hours, wake up and eat something then go back to sleep. Which makes me gain more weight. I tried sleeping more hours. In 3 months, I achieved 118lbs. I should say, If you want to lose weight, you can, even if you have health issues. It's not a hindrance. =)
